Orders are made in the Shop section. Here you may choose to take out a subscription for a complete module, for several licences for a single product from a module or to subscribe to one or several products separately.

If you wish to subscribe to a complete module, please enter the number of licences for the desired module on the Products page and click on Buy now.

If you require several licences for a product from a module, please click on Buy multiple licences. You can choose the desired product from the list that appears on the following page and manually specify the required number of licences in the corresponding field. Confirm the order by clicking on Buy now.

If you would like to buy single licences for one or several products, click on Buy single licences. Specify the desired product(s) by clicking in the corresponding box(es) and then confirm by clicking on Buy now.

Regardless of the choice made above, the order process for credit card payments proceeds as follows:

• You will be directed to the page Confirm Order.
• If you have not yet entered your invoice address, you will be asked to do this by clicking on the button Change invoice address. You will be redirected to the appropriate page where you can enter all the relevant invoice details. You will be directed back to the Order Procedure by clicking on Save.
• If you have already entered your invoice address, it will appear on this page and you may, in case of any changes or errors, correct it by clicking on Change invoice address. You will be directed back to the Order Procedure by clicking on Save as above.
• Your order details are listed below the Invoice Address and your order is assigned an order number. Here you are informed about the mode of payment, the subscription period as well as the date of the order. You can also view further details of the order such as the number of licences, product description, unit and total price.
• If you would like to make changes to your order, please click on the Back button of your browser and you will be redirected to the page where you can specify the required products and make desired changes.
• Please accept our Terms and Conditions before concluding.
• By clicking on Make secure payment you will be directed to the page of our payment service provider. Please enter the required credit card details on the website of our payment service provider and confirm the payment.
• You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from the payment service provider as well as a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail from us. This confirmation is sent automatically and is not an acceptance of contract. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order in a further e-mail which will also contain your activation codes.
• If you make several purchases from us, it is advisable for subsequent purchases to enter the login details of your WorldPay account (FuturePay Administration) - which you received in the e-mail from WorldPay with the subject line “FuturePay Confirmation” upon completion of the first purchase - before entering your credit card details on our payment service provider’s website. This is to avoid having multiple customer accounts with WorldPay.
• In the final step and after the capture of the payment, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the activation codes for your product(s). This may take up to 4 days after the order. By clicking on the link provided in the email, you will be directed to the page where you can activate your subscription.
